Having experienced the processes of buying, selling and investing in property, with various agents over the last 20 years, I know how important it is as a vendor to be kept informed, to have frequent communication and honest feedback. It’s not only about getting the job done, but how the vendors feel throughout the process, about building trust and a good working relationship to ensure a successful sale of their home and the best result possible.

Richard combines his extensive IT sales business experience, servicing large multinational companies, and, his clear passion for real estate and exceptional customer service to make the process of selling your home, a smooth, informed and successful experience.  With a patient and controlled demeanour and the ability to listen and pay particular attention to each individual vendor’s needs, Richard is focused on doing the very best job possible, while keeping his clients informed and achieving not only an exceptional outcome, but an experience that is as stress-free and pleasurable as possible.  

Having grown up in Southern Sydney, and making the move to the Illawarra some 10 years ago, Richard calls Shellharbour City his forever home, where, together with his partner Lauren he is raising his three children. Grace, Henry and Sophie.  He is invested in his local community, and looks forward to helping his clients achieve their property goals in this amazing place he calls home.
