To do this we will be happy to recommend professionals that specialise in area’s such as Financial Planning, Investment Loans, Tax Depreciation and more that will look at you individual circumstances and help you put a plan together for the years ahead.
2.Ensuring you purchase the right properties. Our Property Management Team welcomes the opportunity to give their opinion prior to your purchase. This offer is open to all property investors. It doesn’t matter whether you are purchasing through our office or another real estate agency, we welcome the opportunity to give you an independent rental appraisal of a property you are considering buying and give you our feedback in relation to the property, we are happy to co-ordinate an inspection with the listing agent of attend an open home on your behalf (as long as the property is within our service area)
3. Making sure your investment is well maintained to ensure maximum capital growth. This is related to the tenant but also you as the landlord. To ensure maximum capital growth over time the property needs to be well maintained and in some cases renovated or refurbished – most of which is tax deductible. Our Sales Team works alongside our Property Management Team to give you the best advice in this regard.
4. Give you advice on what you should do to the property now (if needed) to increase the rental income and make it easier to find a good tenant. This could be as simple as painting rooms neutral colours or replacing the old shower screen with a modern semi frameless clear glass screen.
